DHL is our primary logistics partner, while orders to Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau are shipped via SF Express. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor delivery progress at any time.
Estimated delivery times are based on DHL’s standard international schedules. Should unforeseen circumstances delay your delivery beyond the expected timeframe, Grace Han will notify you promptly and continue to provide support until your parcel is successfully delivered.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for collection via courier. Please return the item in its original packaging, along with all accompanying materials, and ensure it is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. The exact date of refund posting may vary depending on your card issuer. For privacy protection, we kindly ask that the cardholder contact their issuing bank directly for further details. ( For international service, all prices are displayed and settled in GBP. Please note that exchange rate differences may occur in the event of a refund. )
