Grace Han collections are available via our official website and physical boutiques. Once your online order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email containing your order number, itemised details, and an e-receipt.

Orders are typically dispatched within 7 days of confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor delivery progress at any time. (Please note: during public holidays or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be slightly delayed.)

For international service, all prices on our website are displayed and settled in GBP. Please note that exchange rate differences may occur during purchase and refund.
