Love, Eternity, and Legacy

From March 2 to 5, 2023, Grace Han held her first brand exhibition in Taiwan, titled Love, Eternity, and Legacy: Grace Han × Wang Chen Ching-Wen Joint Art Exhibition. The exhibition presented a heartfelt dialogue between Grace’s own creations and the paintings of her mother, unveiling the deep emotions and memories that have shaped the brand’s creative journey. More than a tribute to maternal influence, the exhibition represented an elegant legacy that flows gently across time and generations.

From cherished childhood moments spent painting alongside her mother in the studio, to her journeys across Japan, Italy, and Hong Kong to study the art of leather craftsmanship, Grace draws inspiration from both memory and travel. These experiences gave rise to signature collections such as Love Letter, Ballet Lesson, and Butterfly. Each piece not only carries the deep bond between mother and daughter, but also traces the artist’s own path of personal and creative growth.

Visitors to the exhibition were invited to view several of her mother’s most influential paintings up close, alongside Grace Han’s signature handbag designs. Together, they offered a complete and immersive experience of how this artist, admired by the Princess of Wales, uses leather as her brush to write a uniquely elegant narrative. The exhibition unfolded like a poetic journey through time, guiding viewers back to their origins while bearing witness to the quiet strength of legacy.
